Vendor Agreement and Policy

1. Vendor Registration
Vendors must provide accurate business details, GST (if applicable), and valid contact information.

2. Product Listing
– Vendors must list genuine and accurate product information
– No counterfeit or illegal products allowed

3. Pricing
Vendors are responsible for pricing and must ensure fair market value.

4. Order Fulfillment
– Vendors must process and ship orders within the defined timeline
– Proper packaging is mandatory

5. Commission
Supply Nest may charge a commission 10% per sale (if applicable).

6. Returns & Refunds
Vendors must accept returns as per platform policy and cooperate in refund processing.

7. Prohibited Activities
– Selling fake or banned items
– Misleading product descriptions
– Failure to fulfill orders

8. Account Suspension
Supply Nest reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations

.9. Liability
Vendors are responsible for product quality, warranty, and compliance.
